Ingredients
1 cup yellow moong dal
1 tomato
8 garlic cloves
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp hing
2 tsp ghee
Salt to taste.
Instructions
Clean and wash the moong dal.
Take the cooker with moong dal then add 2 cup of water,tomato pieces and 1/2 tsp of oil. (Because of oil water will not comes out from the cooker)
After 3 whistle turn off the flame.
Heat another pan with ghee then put chopped garlic pieces saute it for 1 mint.
Then add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and hing,saute it and pour this mixture into boiled moong dal mixture and add salt also.
Mix it everything together.
Garlic moong dal curry is ready to eat.
Serve this moong dal curry with chapathi/rice/dosa etc.
